CLEAN YOUR BEDROOMS!

We spend roughly a third of our lives in our bedrooms.   • Windows:- Do open them in the mornings. Allow for air exchange
GET RID OF DUST MITES.

Dust mites excrete a protein in their feces that is said to trigger sneezing and a runny nose. Dust mites are not visible, but a regularly slept in mattress may have up to 6 million dust mites. You can't see them. Mattresses are known to get heavier with dead dust mites, all of their feces plus the live colony of millions of dust mites. The solution is to rid off the surface all that is rot and dirt including all of our dead skin cells. Rugs and carpets also act as favourite hideouts for dust mites.
